1/2 lb. Orzo (pasta) One small head broccoli (florets and a wee bit of stem only) 2 tbs. Extra virgin olive oil 1 Small red onion, thinly sliced 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 1/3 cup Pitted Kalamata olives 3/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled 1/4 cup Pine nuts, toasted 3 tbs. Fresh basil, chopped 1/4 cup Fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup Romano cheese Instructions:
Steam broccoli, but not so much as to lose firmness.
